Our design envelope is 1 mm in height (z-axis) and approximately 10 mm in length and width (x,y-axis). Within these parameters, designs with height of 0.5 mm or less are ideal for MICA Freeform. For parts that fit in this envelope, our process can fabricate simple 2-D extrusions or complex 3-D geometries with equal precision.
